Neighbors @ Quinlan Park South is a group of your neighbors who love where we live and want to help keep our neighborhood the best place to call home. We formed "Neighbors @ Quinlan Park South" as a non-profit in 2026, operating exclusively for the promotion of social welfare, primarily to further the common good and general welfare of the neighbors at Quinlan Park South. Starting with the water line project, your River Ridge Volunteer Committee has been working on the WCID17 water project. That project is what brought us together, but we wanted a home that could grow with whatever comes next, whether it's roads, safety, growth, or something none of us has thought of yet. At the heart of it, we're just neighbors who believe that showing up, informed, organized, and together, makes a difference.
